You will find the main floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the lower level with 2 bedrooms and one bath. A living area and kitchen area on each level, providing lots of space for larger groups. A larger area for extended family or friends traveling together while giving some privacy. Freshly painted and new carpet make this town home just like new. New beds and the bedding and towels are provided for your use. Plenty of windows and great views off the deck. While the town of Hill City offers many activities and unique shops such as The Farmer's Daughter, it is also centrally located to most tourist attractions in the hills. If you enjoy biking, jogging or walking, the Mickelson Trail is just a few blocks away, providing 104 miles of the most beautiful views in the hills. Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park are with in 15 minutes. You can find winter sports, Spearfish Canyon, and casinos to the north just one hour away. Hiking to the top of Harney Peak, or enjoying boating, fishing and water activities is also near by in Custer State Park, Sheridan Lake or Lake Pactola.
