"Everything was as advertised"

"There was no towels at our room, I had to go look for some, place was very clean, friendly staff, bed was too small for two of us, sheets... we needed a couple more sheets, we needed more pillows... it was like an "upscale" motel to me.... I don't think I would stay here again...."

"The ac sounded like a car engine trying to throw a rod and worked about as good. Lobby Doors locked at night. It looked like an asylum with really dated interior. You hadto trade your towell at the desk for new. No ice. The best I can say is the front desk folks were nice. But you had to yell to get their attention. You couldn't get a refund. I would recommend go someplace nicer. "

"Room was neat and clean. No fee to park. Chris at front desk was kind, professional, and very helpful. I recommented 3 other families who were there for USAFT Track and field event and they loved it too. Thank you Sure Stay hope to see you next year."

"Falsely advertised as nonsmoking and breakfast provided. The rooms stink of cigarettes smell and no breakfast was provided. They give you coffee / juice and granola bars and call that breakfast! Not recommended. "

"I could honestly say that was some of the most kind and humble people I have dealt with in a while and the rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet not to mention the pool was pretty amazing "

"Not enough parking spots for the amount of people staying there. Lots of vehicles parked in the emergency lanes. I was told if I parked there I could be towed. Room was ok staff was friendly I did not eat breakfast there and I did not use the hot tub. "

"We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. "
