Two creeks converge into a private pond, perfect for salamander spotting, bird‑watching, and exploring the surrounding woods. A screened porch, sunroom, and multiple decks provide indoor‑outdoor flow for dining or relaxing.



Kitchen & Dining

A formal dining room seats eight, while the kitchen island bar seats three. Outdoor dining under the pavilion accommodates sixteen guests. The kitchen includes high‑speed internet‑enabled appliances, coffee bar, mixology bar, kids’ plates, and all cooking, baking, and serving essentials. Central air, heat, and two mini‑splits keep the home comfortable year‑round.

Pet Policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome (maximum two) with written approval and a $250 fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. Service animals are exempt from the fee. All pets must be kept inside and food stored in bear‑proof containers; unsecured trash can result in a $1,000 fine.
