"Lori went above and beyond during our stay. The cabin was a little bit of a drive to our points of interest. But, it is worth the drive to be in your own little world in a beautiful cabin. Would definitely visit and stay here again."

"This place was the perfect spot to get time on some trails in Dupont and Pisgah. It was located close to Brevard & Hendersonville. Watching the horses in the morning was a treat. We will be back :)"

"Staying in this beautiful 1850’s cabin felt like stepping back in time—in the best way possible. Every detail carried the charm and craftsmanship of a different era, yet the space was perfectly updated for comfort. There’s a stillness here you just can’t find in modern life—coffee tastes richer on that old porch, and the stars shine a little brighter without the noise of the world. And the host? Absolutely amazing—thoughtful, welcoming, and full of local tips that made the stay even more...

"A great place to stay—and central to some great adventure motorcycle riding and all the other things Brevard and WNC has to offer. Of note is that only the bedrooms are air conditioned with small window units (no central AC). There are fans but the common areas were warm in the summer heat during the day. I did not see this mentioned in the property description, but may have missed it. "

"This secluded cottage in the peaceful setting of the Pisgah Forest, was just what we needed for a week of relaxation, hiking, delicious restaurants, and shopping with easy access to downtown Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville. Our host was most hospitable and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and afforded us every convenience of a home away from home. We would definitely return. "

"House was great. Kids loved playing in the backyard by the stream. "

"This was our best experience at any type of rental property. The home was just as it was projected - well-appointed, spacious, clean, comfortable, and located in a wonderful spot. The rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the forest was a bonus. We were there primarily for hiking and outdoor enjoyment. The area is rich in opportunities. We took advantage of a variety of food choices and shopping a few minutes drive away in Brevard. The owner has provided a well thought out opportunity here....

"Our family of 7, along with our dog Rosie, had a lovely stay in Hendersonville at the cabin. The kids loved the ping pong and the driveway UP to the cabin! The horses greeting us everyday on our drive out and in was an added bonus. "

"Great location—easy drive or walk to downtown. The owner has really paid attention to detail, so even though it’s small, it has everything you need and is thoughtfully appointed. Lovely fenced-in side yard where your pups can play and you can just sit, relax and listen to the songbirds. "

"House was perfect for our four day stay. Pictures match the dwelling. Communication with owners - seamless. Location to Hendersonville, Asheville and other towns made getting around easy. Cleanliness of house was outstanding. Deck sitting and hot-tub were added pleasures. Highly recommend this property for any length of stay. "
