"The front desk staff member at check-in was very polite and helpful, explaining everything about the hotel and offering tips about the city. Her name is Genesis, if I’m not mistaken. The hotel is good and provides service in line with expectations."

"Place was awful. Didn't expect much at all, but far worse than I would have ever imagined. I plugged in the air conditioner and the outlet started to smoke Got a new room, should have gotten a different hotel Next room. Air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the knob was broken. Turned on the microwave and blew a fuse. Tv wouldn't work"

"This is the third or fourth Hilton Garden Inn that we've stayed at with our dog. He's a pro at hotel life, the Hilton Garden Inn definitely makes it easier than some hotels. This particular one has a small but very clean dog area outside of the hotel. They placed us on the second floor to get in and out easily but you couldn't take the stairwell outside without triggering a fire alarm. Seems odd to not have the option to take the stairs."
