"This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong.
Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside.

"Hotel wygląda na nowy. Bardzo miła obsługa, śniadania bardzo dobre. Czysto. Jest sala z bilardem, barek i leżanki do odpoczynku. Jest też zewnętrzna sauna ale nie korzystaliśmy. Dają kupony zniżkowe do kanjpy i term. Jest też narciarnia z suszarką do butów. Korzystaliśmy, super."
"Lækkert hotel, hvor man har det hele tæt på - både wellness, swimmingpool, restaurant, børneområde, parkeringsplads, parkerings garage. Alt sammen i de smukkeste omgivelser af både Strbsko Plesno søen, samt High tatras! Fantastisk! :)"

Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico

"We had a pleasant stay, used spa, played bowling, enjoyed nice breakfast. Views are stunning! Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices."
"Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark."
"Great location. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy mountain air. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The cable car is a short walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy, free parking. "

"Everything went well! It’s a great hotel, but there are a lot of families so it isn’t recommended for couples without children. The breakfast was delicious and with a large variety but it was missing a variety of fruit and granolas. "
