"The facility met all expectations as a basic, older, roadside motel in a small, rural town, run by a family who lives next to property. It was clean, but furniture and interior spaces are dated and worn. It served the purpose of an overnight stay prior to a kayak trip the next day. Staff was friendly, ice machine worked, water was hot NOT fancy, but served the purpose, given the reasonable price point. "

"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

"The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! "
