Beautiful cozy cottage fully fenced near town and springs

Cozy fenced in cottage near buzzing restaurants and famous springs. Memory foam beds and newly remodeled kitchen. Wonderful cafe, coffee shops, brewery, and famous springs minutes away. Enjoy a late evening fire pit and grill out with family and friends. This house is perfect for a cozy getaway. šŸŒæ Local Recommendations

Here are a few of my favorite spots to visit (and eat!) while youā€™re here in beautiful High Springs:

šŸžļø Springs & Outdoor Adventures

1. Gilchrist Blue Springs
One of the clearest and most scenic springs in the area. I highly recommend renting a paddleboard and spending the day exploring the spring run and river ā€” itā€™s peaceful, beautiful, and a true Florida gem.

2. Ichetucknee Springs
About a 25-minute drive, but absolutely worth it. Float down the crystal-clear Ichetucknee River on a tube ā€” itā€™s relaxing, fun, and one of the best ways to experience Floridaā€™s natural beauty.

3. Poe Springs
A quieter spot thatā€™s great for swimming, picnics, and a slower pace. Perfect for families or a peaceful afternoon in the water.

4. Ginnie Springs
Famous for its vibrant blue water and underwater caves. Great for swimming, snorkeling, or just lounging by the spring. It can get busy, but itā€™s definitely worth seeing at least once.

Beautiful house

The house is wonderfulā€”very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return!

Nostalgic springs trip

Had not shared the Florida springs experience with my wife and our friends from out of state. The accommodations were perfectly located just outside High Springs which has turned into a lovely little downtown with great restaurants and things to do. Only 20 minutes to numerous springs. Great communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Cozy quiet cottage

Beautiful, peaceful, clean. We slept so much on this trip because the house was so quiet and homey! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped. Clear instructions, annd attentive host. About a minute drive to cute town. Hopefully house is available next year when we go back to Gator Cup! Thanks, Jessica!

Had problems with internet for tv. Changed reservation from bringing our dog to not bringing her with approval from property manager. Still waiting on credit. Overall it was an average experience.

Perfect getaway

we loved our stay here. Perfect location and convenient to the wedding venue. Clean and tastefully decorated. Host were very attentive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something nearby.

No frills 5 star stay!

Clean, beautifully renovated house. Fully fenced in which was great for the dogs. Really comfortable massive king beds. Hot shower and great soak in the tub too. Highly recommend!

Spacious cottage

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, tricky to find at firsr, but host is very responsive and gave clear directions. Location is close to springs and downtown--everthing you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Only drawback was lack of grass in the yard, which can hopefully be fixed!

Wonderful rental!

We hiked local trails and kayaked the Santa Fe and Ichtucknee rivers, visited the brewery and ice cream shop. Wonderful dinner at the Outdoor Restaurant. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful cottage in High Springs FL

Our stay was great. It was my 41st wedding anniversary which we got to share with my son, who is in the army, and his girlfriend. The house was just right for the 4 of us. My daughter and family live in Lake city so not too far from them. The blue springs we went to was also really great, so clear water. Thank you Jessica for the use of your home.
