"The property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Two things to know - total enjoyment of the property is weather related and you should have a vehicle that can “off-road” to the tent. It was very windy and less than 40 degrees, with sporadic drizzle in early May, so we couldn’t enjoy anything outside of the tent. "The room was cozy, it was very cold the nights we were there and the yurt heated quickly and held temperature through the night. The deck, bathroom, and furnishings were all top notch and perfect for the environment!"

"This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed it. It was so cozy, comfortable, and the view is like nothing I’ve ever seen. The extra amenities made it so pleasant and welcoming from cookies to bottled water to sleds for the dunes. Everything was exactly as listed, the hosts were so kind and helpful and quickly responsive. We are thinking of planning another trip to southern New Mexico just so we can spend a few days here! "The view was incredible. Although there was a burn ban going on and we couldn’t have a fire, the fire pit area was super nice. The AC inside the yurt worked really well. Bathroom area was very modern and easy to use."

"I loved this bed n breakfast. It was not hard to find. I liked it was on the out skirts of busy area. Very quiet. You are greeted by owners. Beautiful piece of history and property. "Very clean stay! We are pickyyy when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel and this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed. Has a great spread for breakfast, not much to eat from walking distance but a small drive will give you many options. There is a movie theater next door which would have been a fun option time permitting."
