"Our room was lovely and exactly as described online. Loved the complementary snacks. Breakfast was delicious. We were particularly impressed with the guest services. Everyone was gracious, helpful, and welcoming.
Dining at Ruse is a must!! Make reservations in advance. The food and service are amazing."
"IPC is a "hidden gem." It was great, from "soup to nuts." Especially the staff, who were all friendly, polite, knowledgeable, flexible, and helpful. Thanks to all of them on our behalf, please: staff are what make all the difference at any resort. (SPA treatments are a must.)
Just one suggestion: provide more TV options, especially the movies! (Old movies are best.) We will return....often."

"Was worried as it’s my first time booking alone. Room was nice and cozy. It’s not soundproof at all but there were not many guests and I wasn’t very bothered. The parking lot is a bit easy to hear as well but not a problem at night."
"We had the best weekend! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet and so relaxing. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. We will definitely be staying again!!!!"
"We loved our room and the property. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It did not look like the pictures and while a lot of fresh fruit there were no breakfast meat or egg option. . I was looking forward to the bagels and salmon shown in the picture. It would not deter us from coming back at all, will just be prepared next time to have other breakfast options. "
