"Delayed check in process. Bad communication from staff. One of the guys handling our luggage almost damaged them. Lots of broken things in the apartment. Showers were terrible. No cleaning supplies at all, such as dish soap, shampoo, etc. I dont recommend this place"

"Very busy 24/7. Having aircon on during night time and wearing earplugs definitely saved our sleep to some extent. Spacious apartment but what is offered on Expedia page will not be the apartment you get upon checking in."

He also made sure we had a smooth check in and helped hauling one of the large bags up the stairs to the 4th floor. There's a 24 hour super market just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants around the property. Nasip ET Kebap was good with very economical pricing and quantity.
