Not the best

It's close to the centre of Hexham, and quite spacious. Parking on the street is for residents only, but we managed to park nearby for free in the Wentworth car park (white spaces).Cleanliness wasn't great and there were several issues with the accommodation which made me think there aren't regular inspections (e.g. lack of cutlery, broken door handle, blocked drain, wrong sized sheets). Managing agents were responsive and said they'd attend to these issues, but I found they didn't have the appropriate knowledge of the property to be able to give specific advice remotely (e.g. the heating was on in July and i wanted to switch it off, but their instructions didn't work with the control panel).

New Year in Allendale Town

Good communication and ease of booking. Very easy to find. Parking not to difficult although not outside (as listing says). Great location with just a short walk into town. Heating good and needed in January. Loads of hot water for the group and good showers. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would recommend. Only negative bathrooms not cleaned from previous booking.
