"We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. "

"Estadia muito boa, equipe muito gentil. Ficamos num quarto individual, o que foi muito confortável e valeu o preço. O café da manhã é simples, porém caseiro e gostoso, recomendo. O único ponto negativo é que ficamos no 5 andar, e a staff parece que mora lá. Todos os dias próximo das 7 da manhã havia muito barulho de porta batendo e chinelo arrastando, o que foi bem chato. No geral recomendo e voltaria, mas não no quinto andar "

"Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. "

"I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. "We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. "Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! "
