"Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "

You can access it by walking through the pub or walking round the back. There is plenty of parking but it can get busy when the pub is open! "We have stayed a few times but before the hotel was closed for a few months we always enjoyed it here. We got into the room and the TV wasn’t working properly, staff did come to try fix it then the maintenance man. He couldn’t fix it so said he would speak to reception and ask for us to be moved, we waited an hour then went to reception the message had not been passed on. "Bar and grill is excellent, decent selection with the unexpected bonus of a dart board and pool table, although an oche, a fixed board and one table less around the pool table would be good. The rooms are decent value for money, very comfy bed and all you really need albeit a little on the small side in the shower room.
