The minimal style luxury-decorated suite is built on the lower floor of the building. From the parking behind the house a staircase leads down to the entrance of the suite. It features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and 2 double bedrooms with each an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom with ensuite bathroom is attached to the suite but has a separate entrance from the swimming pool area, offering more privacy and featuring an extra space with fridge, coffee machine and kettle. All rooms have individual air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, a wardrobe and comfortable bed linens.
The comfortable sitting/dining area consists of a modern sofa with coffee table, high quality furniture, Smart TV and a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and offers direct access to the terrace and private pool. The modern fully equipped kitchen features a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring cooker with hub, oven, built-in microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a juicer.
Outdoor space private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The outdoor living couldn’t be more relaxing, enjoying the view over the Aegean Sea and the harbor of Hersonissos.

There is a private parking area shared with all tenants of the house.
Guests have access to all areas indoor and outdoor. The owners live in the 2 floors above the suite and do not use the balconies at all to guarantee full privacy to the guests of the luxury suite.
