"‘The Central’ was more like an upscale motel than a 4-star facility. After staying at a DoubleTree (3-star hotel) and then staying here, my family was disappointed. This was the least grandeur Best Western Premier series hotel we stayed at. It did not have that exceptional feeling like the rest. The bathroom was nearly the size of a 1980’s walk-in closet and carpet flooring wasn’t doing it for us after being spoiled at stays with hard-surfaced flooring.
