In the quiet district of Hüinghausen, near the forest, our 80m² apartment welcomes you. Renovated in 2022, the apartment in the basement of a detached house offers a bedroom with double bed and satellite TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The 30m² living room has a pull-out corner sofa, a Smart TV and a pull-out reading sofa with a view of the garden, which you can use as a sunbathing area. The south-facing terrace invites you to relax. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.



The well-signposted hiking trail network of the Sauerland Mountain Association is just a few minutes away. If the weather doesn't play along, you can dry your clothes in the cellar and use the washing machine. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The train station in Plettenberg is within easy reach, and bus number 54 will take you to Hüinghausen in about 20 minutes, where we will be happy to pick you up. There is a village store in the center of the village for your daily needs. Rewe, Netto and medical facilities are located 5 km away in Herscheid. The warm-water outdoor pool in Herscheid is open from May to September. You can reach the Sauerländer Kleinbahn in 15 minutes on foot and experience a nostalgic ride through the Els valley. In Plettenberg (15 minutes by car) you will find the AquaMagis, the No. 1 fun pool in NRW. In 20 minutes you can reach Lüdenscheid with the SternCenter, the Phänomenta and the sauna village.
