About this space
We have a super modern, updated home available for long term stays. 30 days or more. Back yard is huge with a large deck and a BBQ. We have some amenities available but are often times able to add things as needed, such as kid/baby things.
Off street parking available. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Basement is also rented out. But both areas are completely separate with divided yard space as well.
Guest access
Upstairs has the section of the yard linked to the deck.
Downstairs has the section of the yard under the deck and around the house.
Other things to note
Please squeegee the master bath shower.
Laundry on site please empty the dryer vent.
Turn lights off when you aren’t home.
Be courteous of the neighbors they are amazing people and we want to respect them!
Please make sure to be quiet after 10 PM if outdoors.
We can work with extra parking if needed.

No smoking or vaping or dugs of any sort.

We welcome pets, including dogs, as long as their owners are responsible and ensure they are well-behaved. This includes taking care that they do not cause any damage, cleaning up after them, and maintaining a respectful living environment.
