The house features a lovely open-plan kitchen and dining area connected to the living room—perfect for board games and cooking together. The living room offers direct access to two sunny wooden terraces, and there is also a covered terrace located a short distance from the house. With three terraces in total, you are guaranteed to find sun, shade, or shelter. Surrounded by trees, the entire plot enjoys excellent protection from the wind. Sleeping arrangements (3 bedrooms):

Internet & TV: Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Chromecast (stream via your own apps in the living area).

Climate control: Rapid heating via heat pump (set to "Heat") or a cozy wood-burning stove. Air conditioning for hot days (set to "Cool"). Electric radiator in the bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.

Outdoor area: Garden furniture, charcoal grill, and free parking right at the doorstep.

Utilities: Electricity charged at DKK 4.00 per kWh (metered digitally via Campaya). Water charged at a flat rate of DKK 40.00 per night.

Please bring: Bed linen, towels, tea towels, and dishcloths.

Pets: 1 dog allowed (waste on the property must be removed before departure).

Smoking: 100% smoke-free indoors (including e-cigarettes) due to allergy considerations.

Quiet hours: No parties or events. Quiet in the area after 22:00. Waste: Sort and deposit in the containers at the entrance to Lyngshuse. Note: Not for commercial rental.
