The only bad experience was we didn't receive the email with the code to the key box (which we didn't know existed), and so were expecting to be welcomed by a house manager, who happened to be away and with really bad reception. They went above and beyond in providing us with transportation to various places, and when they were not able, they called taxi services for us.
