"I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. "We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good)."

The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied.
