The chalet offers a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, balcony, terrace and a garden. The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful forest area. You can park directly at the chalet.

The chalet is located in the border triangle of Austria-Italy-Slovenia and is only a short distance from the Italian border, 20 minutes from a dip in Lake Presseggersee and in an hour you are in Slovenia.
