The house is furnished to a high standard with a new kitchen including an oven and dishwasher, leather furniture, and new beds and mattresses. The covered terrace at the entrance is sheltered from the wind, allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air well into the evening. Another terrace is located next to the house. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with a television.

The garden is enclosed by a tall hedge for privacy and is fully fenced. Within the park itself, you will find a swimming pool, playgrounds, and a tennis court. An adjacent wooded area invites you to take walks.
