"The location and area are wonderful. The property COULD be a gem, but it is in terrible disrepair. The house inside, while perhaps not outfitted for people who cook a lot, is decent. But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not weeded or cared for, pool cold and dirty, hot tub not working, and not clean, no propane tank for the bbq, the dock in disrepair to the point of being dangerous. "Super clean and organized, amazing location, lovely host re: communication.As other reviews say, the stairs are extremely steep. Also felt like the upstairs were not really "bedrooms", it was more like the upstairs double bed "room" is like a doorless bedroom and and the single beds are right there, at the top of the steps.You need to walk past them to access the other double bed room.Still - the place is well worth the price, and we will likely be back one day."
