The bright and friendly 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a stately spa style villa.  The apartment is a family friendly non-smoking apartment with parquet flooring. The 63 m² apartment has a cozy living area with direct access to the terrace as well as an open and generous kitchen which invites you to cook together. Here you will find a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stove. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet for your holiday utensils. An additional sleeping space for two people is provided by the comfortable sofa in the living area. A children's bed is also available free of charge. After a relaxing day on the beach, relax with a refreshing shower in the spacious bathroom, which radiates in marble, and end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace. With swimsuit and towel over your shoulder, the next morning you climb in barely 200 m to the morning bath in the sea. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.  A parking space behind the object is of course included.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and, until 31. August 2019, a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

The stylish Villa Sonnenschein welcomes you warmly. In the middle of the villa district in the second row of beaches near the promenade and the fine sandy beach, the villa stands in a prestigious location with its stately charm. Via the imposing main entrance or via the rear entrance directly from the parking lot you reach your apartment. The parking lots can be reached via a radio-controlled barrier system. In a separate room, the washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.   The theater tent "Chapeau Rouge" is barely 15 minutes. In the winter season awaits you on the same place an artificial ice rink!
