The large 4-room Masionette Apartment No. 17 with lake view and additional bedroom on the gallery is located on the second and third floor of the Villa Ostseewarte. On the lower level is a large spacious living room with comfortable seating, an open, fully equipped kitchen with Kaffeemschine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with shower and toilet, the separate bedroom has a large double bed. Also on the lower level is the furnished summer balcony. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a bath and toilet. In the upper level, there is no full ceiling height. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). An elevator was retrofitted. A washing machine can be used for a fee (coin machine).

The stately Villa Ostseewarte in the style of resort architecture is located just 2 minutes from the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The famous Ahlbeck pier and the village center with grocery shopping, a bakery and numerous restaurants and boutiques can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
