This of two non-smoking holiday rooms is located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 1500 square metre property, about a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are within 500 metres. The holiday rooms are equipped with a double bed, radio, flat-screen TV, seating area, fridge, coffee machine and shower/WC. The bathroom in room 2 is spatially separated from the accommodation unit and can be reached via the small corridor. There is also the possibility to wash dishes.

Bicycle storage and parking spaces are available. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The resorts offer bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-marked hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is located in the centre between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
