Ferienwohnung Bansin (Seebad)

One of four holiday apartments in a residential villa built in typical spa architecture between the Baltic Sea beach (approx. 100 m) and Lake Schloon. There is a separate entrance to the apartments. One free car parking space (limited) is available for each accommodation unit. In case of full occupancy and for reasons of space, the guest cars are parked one behind the other, which makes an arrangement among each other necessary. A baby cot is available by arrangement. The total price includes water and energy consumption, final cleaning. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Bicycles can be parked on the property.

This holiday apartment has a size of approx. 75 sqm and is very suitable for 4 people. A travel cot for children can be added free of charge. The apartment on the ground floor was completely modernised and refurnished in 2012. It meets high standards and has separate access. Equipped with living room (upholstered seating area, TV, radio), veranda with seating area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, 1 x 1.60 m wide), kitchen (dining area, kitchenette with electric cooker and dishwasher), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC, central heating.



The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The villages offer bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
