The bright, southwest-facing, three-room apartment Kamminke, with a balcony, accommodates up to five adults and one child under three years old. Located on the second floor of the building by the spa park, it's just steps from the promenade and the beach. The living area features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a dining table with six chairs, comfortably seating six. From the living area, you can access the small, west-facing balcony. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and free Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.

A special feature is the sauna area with a rooftop terrace and relaxation room on the upper floor, where you can enjoy a relaxing sauna session with a view of the Baltic Sea. Free parking is available in the secure underground garage (entrance height 2.05 m). You can also park your bicycles here. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
