In the entrance area of the apartment there are two large wardrobes. From here you can access the cozy living room and the open dining area with kitchen.
Floor-to-ceiling window elements lead out to the sea-side balcony with a sea view. The sofa bed can be folded out onto a lying surface of up to 200 * 160 cm. The separate bedroom has 2 single beds.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

A parking space in the underground garage (max. Entrance height 2.05m) is included in the price.
Bicycles can be parked in a locked bicycle cellar.
