The Süssau beach is a long natural beach. Please note that most of the beach is also open to dogs. It is located in the "fair weather corner" of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn.



For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique stretch of sea trout. There is a filleting area and a freezer on the grounds of the holiday home village (shared use).



And should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and "Noah's Ark". Denmark is also just a stone's throw away.



Well-developed cycle paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you. You can hire bikes directly on site. Ideal conditions for a varied beach holiday!
