The cozy and comfortable non-smoking apartment is approx. 72m² in size and is located on the ground and lower floors due to the slope construction. The spacious living room has a comfortable couch, a TV, radio and an open and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob / oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg cooker). The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, one of them with an additional single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and an illuminated cosmetic mirror. Cot and high chair can be provided. You can also use the beautiful outdoor area in the green with garden furniture and a grill. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is already included in the price. The apartment has internet access via WiFi is free of charge. The apartment has 2 terraces and a parking space directly on one of the two terraces. There is also a safe for your valuables in the apartment.

The apartments are located in a residential street not far from the Ahlbeck Ostseetherme train stop (approx. 3 minutes' walk away), approx. 350 m to the beach, approx. 300 m to the Usedom Ostseetherme, approx. 150m to the nearest supermarket, bakery, bistro and drugstore. There is a garden with barbecue facilities. Parking spaces are on the property. From September to May (except public holidays) a 6-night carriage ride is included. Rental bicycles are available free of charge, subject to availability (for bookings of 6 nights or more, from October to April).

Arrival is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
