Located on the ground floor, the apartment is divided into a bedroom with a large double bed, an open plan living, cooking and dining area and a shower room with hand basin, bidet and toilet. In the bedroom you will find comfort and functionality in the spacious double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors. Take a seat on the two comfortable sofas in the open plan living area, which gives you a view of the TV and out through the floor-to-ceiling windows to the patio. One of the two sofas can be taken off as a sleeping bed for another person. The kitchenette, consisting of oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle is in front of the large dining table with four chairs. For your entertainment, a 3D 40 "flat screen TV with Blue-Ray Hi-Fi system is available. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the winter months. The maritime bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, a built-in washbasin with mirror and vanity mirror, hairdryer, bidet and WC. The terrace leads directly to the sun-heated communal outdoor pool, barbecue area, sunbeds, seating and the XXL beach chair.

The house is detached in a fully developed quiet residential area, on the edge of the town center and the Baltic Sea beach of Baltic Sea Heringsdorf.   Built in 2008, all holiday apartments as two-room apartments each have a living area of 50 square meters.
