The small kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, coffee, sugar, milk, and a selection of teas. The modern bathroom features a corner bathtub, large shower, toilet, double sink, and underfloor heating. Separate heaters are available in the bedroom and living room. Wi-Fi, a TV (including Sky), and a dedicated workspace are also provided. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. The spacious terrace and adjoining garden in a quiet setting invite you to relax. Shops, restaurants, and attractions like Europa-Park Rust (6 km away) are easily accessible.
