"Pleasant and helpful staff throughout a 12-night stay on family business (funeral, etc.). Very good bed and linens, consistently good breakfast every day, clean bathroom and shower (more towel bars/hooks would be nice), quiet most of the time. Convenient parking. Public areas could be cleaner. A guest washer & drier would be nice, but there's a good 24-hour laundromat nearby. Pleased to see fire sprinklers everywhere, a safety feature every hotel & motel should have. Definitely a no-frills...

"The hotel was nice, very large room and surprisingly very quiet despite being downtown. All the employees were nice. Breakfast was very good, delicious pancakes and avocado toast. My only complaint was the shower. Worst shower ever. Little to no water pressure coupled with the extreme soft water was a horrible combination trying to wash our hair and feel like it was rinsed clean. Just a horrible shower. The extreme soft water even made hand washing a strange experience trying to...

"Unfortunately really noisy neighbors who were playing rap music very loud and shouting at each other at 2am. Advised front desk who spoke to them and noise/shouting started again a few minutes later. Advised front desk again but nothing changed. Complained again with same level of disruption at 5am. 7-8 people in next room, loud music, banging in walls, shouting, partying in the hallway. Hotel said they would comp parking and breakfast but no refund. I believe the offending guests should have...

"The decor in our room was not what you would expect from a large hotel chain. The room was very comfy, and felt more like visiting a friend or relative's home. It was quiet, and all the staff was very helpful."

"The staff was nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Overall, our two hotel rooms did not look or feel dirty. The couch in our room had some stains and it was kind of gross looking. A vacuum needs run in all corners, especially in the bathroom. Some of the sheets and towels had gross stains on them. The air conditioners in our rooms worked well enough but were very loud, kicking on and off, even when the fan was turned to always run on low....
