"Location is fantastic and the host is responsive, even arranged an early check in at the last minute. The house itself is a gem; great neighborhood and space within. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. "The house was fully equipped for our stay and it was so nice to stay in a place full of art! The location was a bit removed from where we were visiting but everything is a short drive away. We had trouble figuring out the heat at first and the owner was patient and responded quickly to help us work it out. Overall great stay, thank you!"

"very nice property and the communication with property manager was excellent. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped...no serving bowls, 5 dinner plates that were chipped, and two bread plates. Otherwise I have no complaints...location was great "
