On the ground floor of the maisonette you will find a spacious open plan living room with a 3-seater sofa (which becomes a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove - oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, microwave oven, etc. You will also find a large table for your meals, next to the window.
In addition, on the ground floor there is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine, ironing board, iron, etc.
Upstairs, you will find the loft (next to the stairway) in which there is an armchair that becomes a bed (if required), while next to it there is a luxurious bathroom. Next to the armchair, there is a window , and you can enjoy your book in a bright and cool space.

Free parking is available on the street (not private parking available).
