The property was first built around 1820 for a tobacco factory and was later used as a department store and private residence. With great attention to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special features and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us. With 75 square meters of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a small terrace, this vacation apartment on the first floor offers enough space for up to six people. A highlight is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and family-friendly double washbasin. The central area and focal point of this elegant apartment is the large cooking island with adjoining counter and bar stools. The light-flooded living and dining area has an open-plan design. The comfortable couch - opposite the large 50″ smart TV - can be converted into a high-quality sofa bed. The long dining table with six comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy stimulating conversations and good food. From here, you have direct access to the adjoining inner courtyard via the apartment's own terrace.
