This newly built Chalet easily host families of all sizes, sleeps up to 14 guests, 4 full bathrooms, Sauna, Volleyball field, EV charger for your convenience!
Built with natural materials the house was uniquely designed to create an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere and comfort. Thankfully, to modern architecture, new technologies and a beauty of surrounding nature.
Enjoy charming views from every room where open contemporary design and walls of windows allow a great amount of natural light.

Living room with an open floor plan with unobstructed views of the nature will make you feel like sitting in a Fairy Garden! It also has a large TV and the fireplace to relax and share the amenities with friends
and family.

• Outside fire that you can enjoy after sundown
• A deck with a grill where you can have a BBQ with your loved ones or relax while sipping on your favorite glass of wine or a hot chocolate.

3 of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and balconies. Linens and towels included.
BUNK BEDROOM:
two bunk beds Queen size on a bottom and twin XL size on a top. Linens and towels included.
KITCHEN:
stainless steel fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various cookware.

- To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
- Smoking is prohibited in the house, including electronic cigarettes. fine for violation - $1000
- If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through support team.
- No shoes in the house allowed.
- All national holidays require 3 nights stay minimum
- Minimum booking age - 25 years old.
- Our policy prohibits use of beds and other indoor furniture by pets. Otherwise, the fee of $500 for professional cleaning will apply.
