Derby Week Pricing

$12,500 for the full week (Monday–Sunday)

• Check-in: Monday at 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Sunday at 11:00 AM

Cleaning Fee: $250
Security Deposit: $1,000 (refundable within the first 24 hours)

Booking Policy

• Deposit required to secure reservation
• Fully refundable within 24 hours of booking
• Non-refundable after 24 hours due to high demand

Optional Derby Experience Package — $500

House Guidelines

• No parties or large events
• No smoking indoors ($500 Fee if smoking inside property against guidelines)
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• No children under 12
• Primary renter must be 25+
*No pets ($500 Fee if pets are on property against guidelines)
