Welcome to our home in Henryville, PA. A perfect place to get away and relax. You will come to a very clean and cozy 2 story home and set up basement with everything you need to get away from your busy schedule. Hold great conversations on our comfy couch, play a card game on our dinner table, throw it down in the kitchen & grill, enjoy a show or movie in our Movie Room and enjoy the crisp fresh air on our outdoor spaces.

The living space is adorned with soothing neutral tones and rustic modern furniture creating the perfect gathering spot.
With 4 bedrooms, the house sleeps up to 11 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a huge King size bed, a walk-in closet and a beautiful master bath with a deep soak tub. The master also has a nook for extra space with a full-size daybed and a pull-out twin size trundle. Our 3 other bedrooms have queen size beds and closets. We have 2 additional full bathrooms with stand-up showers.
We also have a basement with a movie room and a kids play area. The kids play area is full of fun toys and books to keep the kids well entertained. In the movie room you will find comfy and cozy seating, a 75in Qled 4k TV equipped with the Amazon Firestick and a Roku, just log into your accounts and enjoy the show. You will also find a washer and dryer available to you.

We provide clean bed sheets, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, ear swabs and cotton balls, toilet paper, cooking tools, pots and spices. You just have to bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, paper towels and grocery. In the dining area, our gorgeous table seats 8 and expands to sit about 12. We also have free WiFi, a bluetooth speaker, many fun board games, books, a Ninja blender and a Keurig machine. There is a fireplace that is rarely used therefore you will need to buy the supplies you will need, should you decide to use it. There is a playpen, a child high chair booster seat and a child's safety gate available for your toddler.

The home is pretty private with a driveway that holds about 8 cars. We have front and back decks, big front yard and big backyard. There is a gas grill on the back deck that you can use(please note that you must leave the grill clean or a cleaning fee will be applied). We also have a beautiful patio table on the deck for you to enjoy your morning coffee and delicious food.

Across the house you will find carefully chosen furniture and decor and carefully thought out pieces that we have “DIY”-ed ourselves. Every touch in this house is dear to our hearts so please care for it as you would your own.

Please be advised: our garage is prohibited to guests and please stay off our cesspool (the raised ground in our front yard).

*ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 25.

*PLEASE SEND AN INQUIRY IF YOUR GROUP IS LARGER THAN 11 GUESTS.

Other things to note
-Please make sure to take out the trash to the trash bins outside by the garage. Please make sure that no dishes are left dirty and that you clean the grill before your departure. We do not always come home directly after each visit and cannot have old food or dirty dishes out for days. Failing to do so will result in extra charges for our housekeepers to do it for you.
-Please DO NOT put any grease and/or oil down the kitchen drain. It will cause serious clogs and damage to the house septic system.
-Please dispose toilet paper and sanitary products in the garbage bin, do not flush anything down the toilet. The house uses a septic system and may cause clogs and backup in the system. Repairs for the system is very costly.
-The BBQ grill uses a propane tank, there will be a tank at the house; however, if the tank runs out guests are responsible for refilling it for their use. Please note that the propane tank is passed down and used by previous guest and amount left may vary.
-No parties allowed in the house.
-No loud music.
-No smoking inside the house.
-Take off shoes upon entering the house.
-No fireworks allowed on premise, heavy fines by community.
-Please contact us via VRBO messaging system right away if there are any issues or concerns during your stay or if there is anything that requires our attention. We work hard to maintain our 5 star review rating and if there is anything during your stay that you feel does not warrant 5 stars do let us know.
-If your stay falls on a Tuesday, we kindly ask you to please bring out the trash to the curb by the mailbox by 7am. This is the designated day for trash pick up. You can put it out the evening before after 6pm. Thank you in advance. This will help us not accumulate so much trash for pick up at once and possibly being rolled over to the next guests stay.
-We kindly ask you to not leave a negative rating for LOCATION. In our listing we clearly state the distance to amenities, supermarkets etc. We also give you instructions on the road closures we are currently experiencing. We would really appreciate your help in keeping our 5 star rating.

-A lot of deer and other animals roaming the area. Drive safely.

FAILING TO FOLLOW HOUSE-RULES WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
