"The property was what we expected and matched what was listed on the site. It is around 20-30 minutes from the park entrance. There is a grocery store 5 min by which made things easy for us. The property itself was very clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils if you want to cook. Being in a quiet neighborhood it felt very safe as well. "As first timers to the true West - this location was central for all things winter… skiing, snowmobiling and sight seeing were a simple car ride away. Although there are 8-10 homes on the street - we were the only occupied cabin all week. Great scenery!"

"This was a perfect camping experience in a teepee. They are on a platform so no bugs to deal with. This place is still fairly new but a perfect stop for your Yellowstone trip. We stayed the night before and staff was great. If you ever wanted to do glamping this is perfect for you."

"We spent a lot of time on the decks you see in the pictures, and the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies for cooking. We had 5 small kids from 1-7 years old, 3 seniors, and 4 thirty-somethings. Plenty of room for everyone, although with that many people, one more bathroom would’ve been great, but it was minor. The house was very clean, and check-in & check-out were super easy."

"I will definitely stay at Buffalo Pines again next time in the area. It is on the outskirts of Island Park proper which meant a quiet and peaceful experience. We went out exploring each day and it was always a treat to head "home" after a long day. The cabin is well equipped and the decor was truly delightful. Hosts Dan and America were quick to respond to questions. It was a slice of paradise! Thank you Dan and America for sharing this special place with folks like me."
