Enjoy Lake Life, A Great Minnesota Getaway!

Watch colorful sunsets over the lake from the comfort of the deck and newly remodeled cabin with an open floor plan, large kitchen great for entertaining and flexibility to sleep up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch. This cabin has everything you need to relax with your family and friends. Amenities include a Smart TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, two full size refrigerators, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee pot, crock pot. etc.

Imagine sitting on the deck watching your family and friends play yard games on the large, flat lawn and then joining them for a bonfire near the lake. If the evening gets chilly, you can continue your conversation and play cards/games in the screen house that we lovingly named the Bahrzebo. East Battle Lake is known for its clear water which makes it a wonderful place for fishing, swimming, water sports and boating. Provided is a Maui Mat for water fun. You won't want to leave the serenity of this location but if you feel like venturing out, there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, breweries, golfing, and shopping nearby. Enjoy the lake by renting our pontoon, boat, kayaks, paddle board or canoe.

For your safety as well as ours we have installed camera doorbells at the front and back doors. No cameras are located inside the cabin.

Boat Rental Information:

Fishing/Ski boat: Crestliner Fish Hawk 1750. A fish/ski boat with a 90 hp four stroke outboard Yamaha motor. $100 per day

Pontoon: 2006 Palm Beach Deluxe 200- 60 HP Mercury four stroke motor. Hewitt Lift, with Shore Commander electric winch. $150 per day

Canoe: (fits 3 adults) $10 per day or $20 for your entire stay

Adult Kayaks: (5 available) $10 per day per Kayak or $20/kayak for your entire stay

Child Kayak: $5 per day or $10 for your entire stay

Stand up Paddle Board: (2 available) $10 per day or $20 for your entire stay

We have several life jackets available but to have appropriate sizing you may want to bring your own. We have several bag chairs for around the fire, nice patio chairs are also located in the Bahrzebo with the high top table but we prefer they stay in there.

*any watercraft rental needs to be arranged ahead of time.

Great spot

House was nice sized for our group. The owner was very helpful and the location was great. We enjoyed the large yard by the lake (when it wasn't raining) and the shed when it was.

Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well stocked, nicely decorated lake home. The kitchen had everything we needed, down to chilled beer mugs awaiting us in the freezer and fire pit skewers for our hot dogs!! Access to the lake was easy and we appreciated the boat lift access. Dale communicated clearly and was responsive and helpful no matter what our questions or needs were.

My Favorite Lake

Not only was this property well kept and comfortable, Mother Nature provided us with picture perfect weather for 10 days. We enjoyed being lazyā€”sitting on the deck and soaking up the sun. Kitchen is fully furnished and big. Bed was heavenly. We look forward to returning.

Charming and cozy

Beautiful little lake home with plenty of room for our family. We were in the area for a wedding so we didnā€™t get to spend much time at the house, but my wife insists that we need to book another stay so we can enjoy the beautiful property. The house was clean, cozy, charming, and had more than enough space for our family of five. Great communication from the host.

Quick Reprieve.

Needing a quick getaway, we chose this home with a Great Lake view. The drive up was great and the time spent in the home was pleasant. The lake view was perfect. We would definitely book again.

Long weekend

We had great weather. Enjoyed the fire pit at night. We brought our own boat which made parking at the dock challenging with the owners boats also being parked there, but the water was high enough so it worked out.

Wonderful Property, Beautiful Fishing Lake, Great Hosts

We were very impressed with our stay. We loved the property and the private feel of East Battle Lake. The host Dale was great about communication and answering any questions we had in a timely manner. My family and I would recommend a stay here, especially if you like fishing. The fishing was great, even right off the dock.

Beautiful lake!

The house was perfect for 7 of us, plenty of room. The property was beautiful and well kept. The lake was crystal clear. Things that were a plus for us were the boat/pontoon rental, although the weather didnā€™t always cooperate! Having 2 refrigerators, 2 bathrooms and the washer/dryer were also appreciated. We didnā€™t use either of those, but nice to have them if needed! We also enjoyed the area with some of us hiking at the nearby State Park, and others golfing. Dale was always available and very accommodating-highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

Everything was perfect. Place was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was when we arrived with our boat we were caught off guard as the photo showed an open side of the dock with a lift/boat on the other side. Turns out there was a lift/boat on both sides so we have to shoehorn in front of the lift with zero room to spare between the lift and the rocky shore. Very difficult in windy conditions......

Great lake front cabin

Great lake front cabin. It was cold and windy March day during our stay but the cabin had enough to do to keep the kids entertained. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids. Might have to come back when it's warmer or ice fishing.

Great time. Only complaint I guess is the batteries in the remote were low/dead. It said there was a hot tub in the amenities, and the pictures showed a room. With two bunk beds.

Great place to get away

My husband and boys went for a fishing weekend, they enjoyed the ice fishing on Battle Lake and hanging out together. The place was clean and cozy and they had a great time!
