"Spotless room with beautiful en suite bathroom and shower. Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy. "Great little flat right in the heart of Brighton.Easy access to shops,lanes,clubs and Pier.The flat was clean and tidy and check in was hassle free. Right next to the park for outside space too.Definitely be back for another stay soon."

"The property is lovely, like a good hotel suite. It was spotlessly clean and there were lots of clean towels. Lots of plug sockets and a good size mirror. The downside was the shower was lukewarm and we couldn't increase the temperature. Also, the communication wasn't great. There was no info about where to collect or leave the key. Nor was there any acknowledgement when we sent details of our arrival time. A coffee machine would have been nice. "
