I adored this little cabin and I canā€™t wait to stay again someday soon! Location was great, the house was easy to find and get to. Very clean and cozy, very well appointed. You can even hear the little creek thatā€™s nearby :) Would absolutely recommend this rental!

Cramped and okay at best

Host started off okay with communication and being understanding as we were coming up for a local college baseball weekend. However, after booking, the understanding stopped. We inquired on if you needed 4WD to get to the property. Host said no, any car should do. However, that was not the case. If it rains the drive washes out. Luckily my son has an AWD vehicle and we left our car at the school and had to take his to get back up there. If he didn't have it, we wouldnt have been able to get up the hill. Second, due to us being from out of town and up for the weekend of baseball we asked if we could check out at 11 since the game didn't start until 1. We were informed no because the cleaning crew would arrive by 10. I gave several hours heads up to where a call could have been made but no. Cleaning crew tried showing up before 10 and we were still there. Cabin is quaint but little small. Would have stayed again but with the host, i doubt we will. turns out we had to

Very cozy and clean. Great location to stay if you are a Mountain Biker. My only complaint is the steps need to have a non skid applied. I slipped down pretty bad in the rain.

Adorable cottage near great hiking

When I first walked in, I was so pleased with the aesthetic of the cabin. Larger than it looked, and very nicely decorated. Everything seemed very neat and clean; however, the restroom could have used some attention-to-detail (mostly dust and a new shower liner). The kitchen had everything you needed, including Keurig coffee, creamer and sugar already onsite. The beds were extremely firm, so if you are used to soft beds, they might be a bit too hard for you without a topper. I was a little shocked that not only were we to strip the beds and place the dirty sheets in front of the washer at checkout (normal), but we were also to remake the beds with clean sheets for the next guest. I've never had any other VRBO require that, but also, it made me wonder if the previous guests actually did that, or if they just remade the bed with the sheets they slept on and threw the clean sheets in front of the washer as an easy out. Something I hope the host considers could be a possibility. We also had a little bit of a mixup with a double booking, so a random guy walked up on the porch after dark claiming he had rented the place and even had the same door code. A bit unnerving to say the least. Thankfully, the host took care of that issue pretty quickly. Overall, I would stay here again as it's a great central location to lots of parks & hiking trails, and very affordable.

Enjoyed our stay in the practically new, well appointed and not overdone home. Spent the evening on the porch. Shower had good water pressure and spray pattern and the bed was firm but comfortable. I would stay again.

Cozy Getaway Cottage Near Brevard and Hā€™ville

This cabin was so cute, clean and comfortable and smelled great! My friend and I especially enjoyed sitting in the porch swing having our evening wine. Itā€™s close to both Brevard and Hendersonville and feels remote while itā€™s just up the hill from a highway. The kitchen is just the right size and a coffeemaker and K Cups were provided as well as linens and towels! A perfect place for a weekend or week long mountain getaway!

Great comfy place situated in the woods in easy driving proximity to Brevard and Hendersonville. Nice front porch for morning coffee, and quiet, private setting. Clean, modern, well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay!
