Great property and location.

Great house - well supplied and very clean! Super cute! Easy access to the bike trail, and about 0.25 mile walk down bike trail to fantastic brewery, coffee shop, and cafe. It was all fantastic. My only complaint is how close to the bike trail and the road the house is built. We kept all the window shades closed as it felt a bit like a fishbowl with bikers riding past. Itā€™s just what the lot is, but as a heads up, if you want privacy, keep the shades closed. The only other complaint was the mattress quality. We didnā€™t sleep well either night as the mattress in the master bedroom sinks to the middle. If that was upgraded, it would be a 5 review, even with the pedestrian traffic. The bike trail itself is so great that you canā€™t be that mad about the traffic. Fantastic little place.

Nice near Ecusta trail

Nice, neat and clean. The onky issue is the beds were too soft and sagged in the middle and the house sits on a busy corner yet in a nice neighborhood next to the Ecusta trail and peop km e walking by were very friendly.

The house is great. It's a close to a Greenway , so walking, running and cycling are there to enjoy. Just so happens that Monday and Tuesday there was construction taking place right outside the front door and it was from 7:30 in the morning until Around 5 pm. Night time was really nice and quiet.

I loved everything about the stay if I could add anything would be to put screens on the outside of the windows because opening the windows, especially at night is impossible because of no screens. I also think another nice addition would be a small shed with some bikes. And also, I would absolutely consider putting in ceiling fans Although you do have AC it really doesnā€™t generate a lot of coolness in the house Other than that the state was absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Gotta love the drunk walk down to the brewery. Lol.

Blue House on Blythe in Hendersonville

Communication is key in every relationship and they made it easy for us to get to the place, get into the place and just relax and enjoy once we were there. This was convenient to our relatives in Hendersonville and more relatives that met up with us from San Diego. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Cottage

This was our second stay at the Blue House and it was just perfect. It was me and my BFF and we enjoyed the back deck each night. Beds are very comfy and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Love it !

Love this home

This was the second time we stayed for an extended time period. We are excited for the trial to be completed. Perfect spot to start a bike ride. It is stocked with more dishes than you will ever need. Beautiful home.

The house was perfect. The only problem was where to dispose of trash & recyclables. It would be very helpful to have a small notebook about such things. Thankfully our son lived around the corner & he took our trash.

**Cute, New, Clean Vacation Rental** Stayed for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised by this gem! The rental is as adorable as the photos suggest, with fresh, modern decor that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the property was spotless. All the amenities worked perfectly. This ā€œlittle blue houseā€ as my daughter referred to it was the perfect spot for our vacation. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and was advertised. The close proximity to downtown Hendersonville and short drive to the Biltmore, Sierra Nevada, and Asheville was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our local friends.

Charming little house

If you're a small group, this has everything you need. Clean and attractive. You'll feel right at home in the kitchen, and the bathroom is spacious. The two bedrooms were comfortable and each had a TV, with a third TV in the living room (but unfortunately with spotty reception). Residential neighborhood not far from downtown. There was however a surprising amount of street noise, from noisy vehicles and a rooster.

Beautiful little house

This adorable brand new house was lovely and had everything I needed. I just loved staying there. There were two small reasons why I only gave 4 stars for check in process: Every time I entered I had to get my phone out to get the 10 digit code. I can see once upon initial entry but thereafter it should be 4 digits like it is to lock it upon leaving the house. I also had to send a text to find out what the Wi-Fi code was. It should have been written down somewhere obvious. ( If it was there I missed it) Iā€™ll definitely stay there again!
