Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Pets: We are dog-friendly! We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (under 50 lbs each) for a $50 pet fee per stay. Please reach out with any specific pet-related questions.

Family Friendly: Children are welcome and we prioritize a family-oriented environment; we ask that children be supervised at all times, particularly when near the water.

No Events: To preserve the tranquil nature of our property, events and large gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outdoors, provided that all waste is disposed of in the designated receptacles.

Property Maintenance: To keep the grounds in top condition, the operation of ATVs, UTVs, or golf carts on the property is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for bagging their trash and transporting it to the designated dumpster near the driveway prior to checkout.
