"The apartment is very beautiful, it has a nice size bathtub/shower, the bed is super comfortable so is the couch. It feels like home away from home. It has anything you may need to cook, clean and just feel at home. You get your own parking spot and your right in downtown midland so your near a lot of places. "This was a comfortable stay in an older home that has been updated in looks throughout. It doesn’t have a kitchen and kitchen space equipped to prepare gourmet meals..basic service for four, but Bay City has a lot of great restaurants if that’s what you want. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the River and River walk (and not that far to continue walking downtown. )The host was responsive and they provided a few extras that are always nice to find in rentals."
