"We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be...

"Nicely decorated little house, fireplace was a bonus. Unfortunately we did not appreciate how unclean it was, from the fridge with smears inside and out, most kitchen utensils and dishes ( we washed a few items and only used those for our stay), and the shower was pretty nasty in all the corners, so overall a pretty poor cleaning job, that really leaves a bad first impression. (And we are not neat freaks, but appreciate a decent cleaning job). And there was a pretty constant faint sewage odour...

"Beautiful home! Perfect for my family, and the 7 of us all had very nice accommodations. Our property manager Jessica was very nice, and took care of a one small glitch right away. We were in town for a week, for my family reunion, and we had a wonderful stay. "

"Our family traveled to Canandaigua for a family reunion. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 4 grandchildren! The back patio was perfect for a gathering of several other family! Beware though there is a stage next door with live music on Friday and Saturday. Great if the band is good…not so much when it’s not! Was supposed to end at 9…first night it did not! We would definitely stay here again!The front porch was wonderful even with the heatwave!"

"When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. "House was neat and tidy - much bigger than impression from photos. Grounds are beautiful with mountain views. Amy was very responsive. Small issue with shower, but was addressed. Was perfect for our family with young children and close to beautiful water hikes and beaches. Would recommend!"

"I loved that there were water bottles and fresh eggs available to us. The fans were great (they were as cool as having air conditioning). I might have used the hair dryer that was available because I was getting ready for a wedding, however I couldn't seem to get it running. Some little sample packs of aspirin or ibuprofen may have been nice, and perhaps a full length mirror. Other than that, the beds were comfy, and we felt very safe there. "I’ve stayed at this beautiful house 3 times for a reason. It’s clean and comfortable and beautiful.
