"Ótimo lugar, recomendo, muito confortável também. O único ponto negativo foi que ficamos no último andar e eram muitas escadas pra subir, mas isso não desfavoreceu a estadia no hotel. Só chamo atenção para quem for idoso ou tiver alguma dificuldade de mobilidade."

"O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem próximo de estação de metrô Bayswater, com linhas que chegam a vários pontos turísticos. Região com muito comércio, mercados e restaurantes. O ponto negativo do hotel é o tamanho do quarto, que é pequeno demais. Eu e meu marido não conseguimos abrir as malas ao mesmo tempo. Um transtorno! O quarto tem tv, frigobar, micro-ondas. A região do hotel é excelente, mas não voltaria em função da falta de espaço do quarto, embora saiba que hoteis em Londres normalmente...

"Quando fiz a reserva esperava, pelas fotos, um apartamento normal, mas recebi um cubiculo no terceiro andar com acesso por escadas ingrimes e uma cama onde eu não cabia e um banheiro de fibra de vidro. No dia seguinte me mudaram para um hotel vizinha. Apto no subsolo com a mesma cama minuscula e um banheiro pequeno, poré, sem janelas"
